I recently had my first child. I started to develop some back pain during my pregnancy and powered through it with rest, stretching and some back wraps, but near the time of birth, the pain really ramped up. I was hoping it would get better after the birth, but it gradually grew worse.Rest and stretching wasn’t enough, so I tried a few of the cheaper, similar belts on amazon and none of them worked for me. My husband convinced me that we should try a higher quality product - you often get what you pay for, right? Boy, was he right.The way the decompression belt fits my spine is perfect. With some of the other belts, like Dr. Ho’s, it just did not fit my curves right - it just felt so “flat” and wasn’t much more effective than my trusty old back wrap. But with this DDS belt, it’s been so effective that I can even nurse my baby comfortably while wearing it and have almost none of the back pain after having used it for a few weeks.My husband was so impressed that he is going to also order one for his back aches - we’re so glad to have found a quality belt that works! :)

Like I said above it really looks like a quality product. I have tried many back braces but none of this QUALITY. If there is anyway TO EXPIDITE the process of getting the right size I'll give you my 2ND born. he cut's grass like an expert. Just kidding my middle Grandchild does much better. But I am in constant PAIN but I know there are people much worse off than me. Accoroding to my Doctor he said it's better to be breathing than not????

Great relief

Received with perfect size and condition. I'll start to use it daily and back with review update. Seems it works perfectly.soo early for judgment.After 22 days of using this DDS 300 " at 14 psi as a max pressure" some upper air cells from back side are MERGED and PUFFED , and my 300$ brace starts to LOSE PRESSURE gradually. 300$ for 22 days of using only!!!!Note: I used it only for several hours daily and never cross the recommended pressure.Useful brace but BAD QUALITY.

My lower back has hurt me for years and I can't begin to remember all of the things I've tried to help ease the constant pain. I have tried many back supports and this one is the most comfortable and I think the best for me.When I wear any back belt I tighten it as much as I can. These belts don't have much play in the size variations that it will take. So be careful when choosing your size. Although pricey, it is well made and as I've said works better than anything else I know of.I order my belt through Amazon with Paradigm E-Commerce/Midwest Rehab Supply. Both the owner and his wife (physical therapist) spent time with me discussing the belt and it's sizing. Because of their help I decided to make sure I purchased from them.If you can afford the belt, it's probably worth a try.It didn't eliminate my pain, but under certain circumstances it helps a lot.NOTE:Both my wife and myself use an inversion table (Teeter's, I think) and it seems to work well also.

Been having major lower back issues that more or less took me off my feet. I had an international trip for work and bought this hoping it would provide some relief. The DDS300 provided enough relief I was even able to do some sightseeing. It's comfortable enough to wear all day and is a genuine lifesaver for air travel. I definitely recommend this for lower back relief.

Been Back Pain Suffering for Years, and hoped this would help me. I Wore it almost Everyday in Hopes it would work. Make sure Inflater Screw is tight when Inflating. Will be Uncomfortable while using, After 1 month, I feal no different. I am using My Mueller brand Back Brace again as it has helped for the last 10 yrs.

I was little skeptical at first wondering if it’ll work( since I’ve tried some of the lower priced belts), but the materials used for the belt is much better and the pump actually has a pressure gauge that the other belts lacked.I bought the belt because I’m on my feet all day and pulled my back a couple of times with little relief even after acupuncture, massages and physical therapy.I tried the belt for the first time and felt instant relief but was still skeptical since the other belts did just about the same but never lasted. I wanted to wait a couple of days after wearing the belt to see if the relief would really last, so far it’s exceeded my expectations. I did some yard work today and bent over with and without the belt and my back didn’t give out or have that locking feeling that I would have usually felt.The belt works great and it hides well under clothes (the other belts were a bulkier and I would get constantly questioned or commented).I’m a fan and would recommend it for lasting relief.
