I haven't tried any of the recipes yet but looking at them, they look easy to use and sound so delicious that I am looking forward to trying them.

This is a cook book for goodness sake. Why all the attitude. This is a good book for the beginner in Indian cooking. I had eaten this type of food at homes of some of my friends and wanted to learn more. This book filled the bill. Good cooking, everyone.

Nice but I had expected more

Very pleased as the very first dish we made exceeded expectations . She has used simple methods and some convenience items to make cooking easy as the title claims, exotic and definitely delicious

Pretty exotic stuff - I was looking for different recipes for couscous (was taking a trip to Sicily) at the same time, and Padma had several! She really covers a broad range of ethnic cuisines.It would be helpful if you lived near a major metro area to obtain some of the ingredients.

I bought this book when it came out and I still use it to this day. The recipes are easy and delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for tasty and healthy dishes.

This is a good, basic cook book. It is exactly as the title indicates, easy and exotic

This is my second cook book by Padma. I love this book, great variety of recipes from around the world.

This book was a waste of money. The recipes are boring and mediocre and the book is overpriced. Not recommended.
