The AMD RADEON VII Full Coverage GPU Water Block is a work of art! This full coverage block, directly cools the video cards core (GPU), graphics memory (RAM) as well as the voltage regulator modules (VRM). By directly cooling these components you can achieve great temperatures! Along with these temperatures comes the ability to reach higher overclocks or extend the overall lifespan of your card by running at below factory temps. The block is constructed of high purity copper that is electroplated to prevent oxidation. A high flow design is used to allow multiple blocks to run in series. Top and bottom ports can be used to configure parallel or serial designs in multi block set ups. An absolute must have for the radeon VII
I cannot stress enough how much the radeon 7 needs a water cooler. Its stock heatpipes and fans are extremely well built, however just aren't anywhere near enough to keep this card cool while doing any kind of intensive gaming/rendering/processing/etc. The card will easily peak and throttle at as little as 35% sustained use. Granted you aren't going to notice the throttling in a game, however in rendering or machine learning scenario you will. All be it you bought this for its very impressive performance so not getting your complete moneys worth seems silly to me.This water cooler works extremely well at keeping temps down even at 100% sustained processing on the card. I get about 55c at the "Hot spot" on the card max at these times, about 40-45c at the GPU processor. I am able with this to signicantly overclock the card as well getting around an extra 17% more power on a very conservative overclock. The card itself is very well built and quite heavy. The only reason why I gave this 4 starts is the instructions. Granted most of the time these type of items dont come with instructions its understandable. However I had to redo things several times to get the card to be mounted the way its supposed to . HInt reuse the X processor holder and backplate that came stock with the card. If they could at least have included a youtube link to someone doing it, that would have been immensely helpful. Or at least hire someone who write ands speaks English to draw up a manual that actually makes sense. All in all quite happy and my radeon 7 is currently buzzing along happy and cool!

Must have for radeon 7 owner's!
So first off, everyone needs to watercool their Radeon VII! The radeon 7 really really really likes to be water-cooled. Like its crazy. Proformance of the cooler is great, overclocked my Rad7 never passes 75c overclocked to 2000mhz.Now the bad, the milling on the GPU contact pad is pretty lack luster. When i get the chance im gonna lap that part of the cooler. This is why i gave the cooler 4 star and not 5.

Looks beautiful once installed and the temps are amazing!
Fit and finish was just as good as any EK waterblock ive had and the temps are fantastic, gaming temps are in the mid to high 30's C. The RGB looks great as well, highly recommend it!
