Simple but doesn't work for me unfortunately
Easy to use and a good way to get carbs and electrolyte in one hit. Tastes good too.However, these gave me a bad tummy the following day, just like electrolyte tablets that you add to the bottle from other brands.I've used 3 so far and will try again on my next bike ride.Not tried while running as I tend not to carry water for short runs but do if I run and it's really hot, so if I have any left then I'll try in the summer.
