Lee Men's Dungarees New Belted Wyoming Cargo Short

My husband loves the Lee Dungaree Shorts. I have purchased him several pairs in all colors and they are always a hit. We live in So. California where it's virtually always warm. He literally lives in shorts 365 days per year so he needs many pairs and these are great. They fit true to size (my husband wears a size 34). They wash well and are very comfortable. There are also nice pockets in all the right places for his wallet, keys and phone. The price is great and I'm so happy to find them on Amazon. I really like these shorts. I purchase several pairs of cargo shorts, and these are my favorite. They're perhaps just a touch on the large side, but I could probably wear them without the belt without dropping a size after having washed them. (I think they shrunk just a touch in the wash.)The belt is solid, and holds well. It's a separate piece, which is important for washing.The rear pockets use a single button, which does lead to a risk of the fabric curling up on the sides and the button catching on things, but I think it looks nice, and the fabric is heavy enough that it doesn't curl too much.The front lower pockets use a pair of buttons for the main pockets. On the left, there are a pair of open outer pockets that aren't particularly useful for me, but they're typical of this style. On the right, there's a smaller velcro pocket on the outside of the main buttoned pocket, so if you prefer velcro for easy access, you have that option as well. The velcro pocket is the right size for a pack of travel tissues or a cell phone turned sideways.My favorite feature is the cell phone pocket. Hidden behind the right lower pocket is a drop-in pocket just the right size for a modern cell phone. I was afraid it would fall out when sitting down, but I've found it works really well.Overall these are great shorts.

LEE Men's Dungarees New Belted Wyoming Cargo Short (Buff color) is similar to light khaki. It covers my knees (5'7" height). Pockets all nice & deep & has cell phone pocket on right-side thigh pocket! Cool belt. Not a heavy short, like Match brand. I love it! Don't change a thing LEE!

I had a few sets of cotton cargo shorts that had to be retired. I was looking for a set that were specifically quality cotton (breathability, comfort), durable, knee-length, and not overly baggy or tight (casual fit). These met the forty-year-old dad criteria wonderfully.The most important aspect: These are made from sufficiently thick cotton. Many OTHER shorts use thin fabric and/or synthetics - they look and feel cheap.Take note that they come with a canvas belt that's removable. This is critical as one needs to wear these with a proper brown belt. One can't be caught with a canvas belt with cargo shorts lest be judged as a skater/Razer punk.

I've had one pair of these for a few years and just bought my second pair. They have the best pocket pocket setup of any of my cargo shorts. In addition to the pretty normal large cargo pocket on each side, they also have:- left side has en extra pocket that is sewn up the middle to make two narrow pockets. I like that for a flashlight and knife because they are separated and don't clank against each other when I walk.- Right side has a non-gusseted behind the main cargo pocket. It holds flat things like a cell phone fairly close to the thigh so it doesn't flop around when you walk as it would in the larger cargo pocket.And that leaves the larger cargo pockets available for bulkier stuff if needed... smallish camera, even a water bottle.

I really love these shorts for their comfort and fit. I would give it 5 stars except for one big flaw in them. After about a year or so (and this has occurred twice already with 2 different pairs of shorts), a split begins to appear under the crotch area between the legs.Because of where the split is, it's not visible when wearing so it's not embarrassing to continue wearing. But the split gets wider and wider until it's so big, then it's no longer wearable and time to replace. But for the low price, I think it's still worth it even if I have to replace them every 12-16 months. (I continue wearing them until the split gets too big.)If it weren't for this flaw, i'd happily give it 5 stars because otherwise, these are really comfortable shorts that I can wear year round. (I live in FL.)

the product appears to be well made, butThe 29 waist is way to small for our son, who currently wears several other 29 waisted shorts from other brands.So we returned the pair, negotiated the maze of finding the correct page, pushing the correct links, typing what happened, printing out a label and driving to UPS, and ordering the next size up. The style and color description on the reorder page next to "buy now" showed the same color pants (and the image reproduced here shows the correct pair), but what we jjust got was a dark dark olive colored pair.And the price charged for the replacment was about $6.00 more than the original pair (for the extra inch of material?) which was automatically deducted from our card. Sitting here wondering what to do this time around. Try to return again and explain what happened? Or just keep themand type this review, and hope somebody notices.

If you want pockets, these are for you. The regular cargo short pockets with two cell pockets and a larger tech pocket. . The two front pockets a very deep. The inseam is about right and the fit was very good. I have not washed these shorts yet. Some of these shorts look terrible unless you iron them. I am retired and some things like irons, shovels rakes and such don't fit may hands anymore. Strange, my TV chair seems to fit fine.

38” waist fits like a 36” so have given them to my brother.Good quality material and comes with a matching belt.Just suggest buying a size or two bigger.

Disappointed that they had to be imported and hence a considerable amount of tax was added. I would have been very happy to have bought this from a UK retailer, and not have the extra cost added. When they arrived, I was disappointed at how large and shapeless it was. I was hoping for it to be more tapered around the bottom of the leg.

Absolutely great - perfect fit and finish. Leg length/width as expected. Good quality fabric and colour true to expectation.

They were too small in the waist and too big in the legs.

Arrived quickly seeing as it had to come from the USA. Perfect fit and so pleased I ordered another pair
