Dimensions relate to standard dimensions such as 2 x 4 in. - 1 x 6 in. - 2 x 8 in. - 4 x 4 in. etc with lumber cut to thousandths of an inch tolerances. Each of these construction kit is designed to teach students the principles used in real world house framing and micro-cut balsa wood lumber is supplied at three-quarter scale. Kit contains instruction booklet that explains purposes of each type of lumber and step-by-step pictures of house framing details.
