Gets the Job Done if Irregular
I use this stuff to keep me regular, and IT WORKS! This stuff will clean you out. The reason why I did not give it a 5-star rating is because it does make you cramp and gives you potent gas. I always make sure I will be home for a good while to have access to the restroom because this will make you cramp.

This product is great just start by taking half spon on water or whatever you prefer then if you tolerate half spon increase to one spon but always take it at the end of your day and go to sleep in the morning it will do a good job without the stomach pain , I love this product.
