Fixings are poor quality
Chain is good quality however fixing are not. Holes drilled in upvc door but fittings supplied turn round and round in hole and do not tighten. Thought it was me but a carpenter agreed and supplied better fixings

Strong chain
Strong chain and lock but unfortunately the brass finish is cheap. Almost looks tacky compared to other types of brass door chains I've seen. Will do for now but I intend to buy another from the high Street or diy store so I can see it in the flesh so to speak

Good solid design from a reputable brand
This is a solid heavy duty chain that seems much stronger than the more common sliding design. Comes with fixings for solid wood doors and hollow UPVc. Nice brass finish as advertised.

Good chain. Poor fixings
As always with these products, the fixings are rubbish! If you have to fix these do it to brickwork and buy some self taper metal screws 30mm. Hint Hint 😄
