Fell instantly in love with this keyboard cover after having been through two others that did not have a screen I could put anyway I wanted like this one. Big upgrade. I'm using a 2014 Airpad2 and there aren't many options out there. The first thing I noticed was the gorgeous color (turquoise) and how hefty it was. It's not flimsy at all. Love the way the keys feel and that they light up. It was like I had a new ipad or computer. As others have said, there is a lag sometimes when you type. Not always. Seems to be mainly when I go to the search bar. My other covers did this too. This seems to be a bit longer of a lag. Worth it. The bigger disappointments were 1) my battery charger (iWALK Small Portable Charger) does not fit it. I had to switch to old cover for a trip and it was not easy getting it out of this cover. Which is a good thing in one way - it won't fall out. But if I have to keep doing it, not sure it will sustain that much changing. Also not sure what portable charger will work with it. Anyone know? Oh, right. The customer service is excellent. That's HUGE in the Plus Column. I'll ask them. 2) the keyboard battery life is not what I expected given my former ones lasted months. This is a few days to a week or so, depending on how I'm using the iPad. Not a big deal but another thing to keep charged up. Overall, though, I really like this cover and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. UPDATE: I bought an extender for $15 that works with my iWalk charger so now I don't have to change cases when traveling. Upping to five stars because, for the price, it earns it.

Within 48 hours of posting my original review (follows), I was contacted by the seller to let me know they would send me a replacement at no additional cost. I also did not have to return the original. I received the replacement within a week (10/28) and am happy to report that everything is in perfect working order. I look forward to continued use of this case/keyboard for a long time. Will donate the original and hopefully someone who doesn't use symbols often will enjoy it. / Original Post: I like the functionality of this keyboard. My iPad fit perfectly, the lighted keyboard is nice when having to use in low light, love the rotation ability and being able to change its configuration. The rotation rod appears to be very sturdy as I have had to do a few emergency grabs by the top and it's all still in one piece. The keyboard case survived air travel in my carry on and use aboard to watch movies I downloaded. The configuration option was handy for balancing my iPad/keyboard case and my meal on the tray table. I have had it a month and the battery still has its charge after moderate use. And now for the rest of the story...within a week of use, the symbol function went wacky. It would type symbols, just not the ones I selected. Initially, turning it off and on fixed the issue - but, only temporarily. And should I have to do that with a brand new keyboard anyway? I just sent notification to the manufacturer today (10/19/21). I will update my review after the company has resolved this issue.

I love this iPad keyboard so much that I just purchased a second case for my partner's iPad. This case is truly an exceptional product. I've used other cases/covers for my iPad, but this one has every feature I've been looking for, and at a price that's a great bargain. Typing on the Bluetooth keyboard is a joy and turns the iPad into a virtual laptop. I love the lighted keys and the feel of something substantial under my fingertips. I swear that in the four months that I've had the case, I've only charged it once! I am thrilled with the sturdiness of the case and the way it pivots, twists, turns, stands on its side (upside and downside). The tension in the swivel is absolutely perfect. Whether I'm in bed, at a desk, at the pool, or on a plane, I can't believe how well the case stays in place for reading hands-free, typing emails or watching a movie. I did have to contact customer service for an issue, but they resolved it quickly and effectively. I'm thrilled with this Earto iPad case. If I were pressed to find a fault, it would be that the designer placed the right-hand "shift" key in a position that is slightly different from most U.S. keyboards. I often press the wrong key for capitalization, but I still give this product five stars.

Summary: This case is great. Be gentle and it will last longer.This is my second time buying this keyboard. I had to get a new one because I dropped my old one too many times and eventually the hinge broke. I highly recommend this one, though. If you don’t use the backlighting feature on the keyboard, the battery lasts forever. The keys are really good once you get used to the tiny right Shift key (when I first got it, I pressed the up arrow so many times). I use this every day in classes and it makes my iPad feel like a laptop. I love how versatile it is. I write on my iPad a lot so the fact that it can turn and fold down into a flat tablet is awesome.Along with the case breaking I did have some issues with the keys not working all the time. By the end of my first case the entire row of number keys stopped working. This was after a year of almost constant use and a lot of drops because I’m clumsy, so it might not be entirely the case’s fault. I’ve bought other cases/keyboards from different brands that had much bigger issues, so this one is pretty good in comparison. It does get a little wobbly the more you use it because the hinge just gets a little weaker. Being more careful with the second one, I’ve found that if you avoid carrying it open and open it slowly instead of yanking the screen up it works better.
