I have a rotator cuff injury. I've been trying ice packs with no effect so I thought I would go down the heat route. Starts off with a tingle and builds up to an intense heat, word of caution, be careful where you apply it and use an applicator. My hand felt it was on fire and I had to resort to aftersun and cold water, very painful between the fingers. The shoulder feels good after the first application, on the road to recovery.

I used it on my 1) shoulder pain & 2) on my back acheI lavishly applied the red cream to the areas & after a short period could feel the heat penetrating the parts that I applied it to & it relieved the pain allowing me to continue with my day.

A gel like product which when applied is initially very warming. This intense heat lasts for a about 10 minutes then eases to a gentle warmth. Too early to assess whether product will ease my low back pain but soothes.

The heat can be overpowering if to much is applied so have to be careful when applying.

It burns you for ages after putting it on.. I tried it 3 times and ended up throwing a full tub away

Like deep heat but a hundred times hotter. Took a star off as the heat can become quite uncomfortable. It’s not unpleasant but extremely hot and the heat lasts for a long time. Use sparingly
