Vivitar 3 Pc Filter Kit 52MM Uv/cpl/fdl

I've only used the polarized filter so far and very happy with the results. It works perfectly and the clarity, contract and non reflection is there but what's amazing is the price. If you want to start playing with filter but can't afford to buy an expensive filter set, this one is amazing and I def will use this for a while till it gives out. I will update soon on the other two filters when i get a chance to use them.

Inexpensive and works. I primarily use the UV filter for protection and it works. Less to clean and worry about.CPL works when shooting outdoors and brings out the blues of the sky. Haven't tried out the FLD, so I can't make a comment on it.But if you're looking for an inexpensive filter kit this is the way to go, and free shipping was an added bonus.

I'm looking for a lens filter just to do some experiment shots. I saw this and decided to give it a try.It came with a good packaging. It's in good condition, with the foam pouch and 3 filters.I gave it a test and the CPL filter is great. The FL, I don't use it. And the UV, I use it as a protector for my lens though it doesn't show any visible changes in my shots other than IT MAKE THE PICTURE BLURRED at some distance, This is working good in my 18-55 mm lens but when I used it with my 55-200 nikkor lens, it really doesn't do it's purpose. It ruined my shots. It's blurred, I can't even focus it manually because it's all blurred no matter how I adjust the depth of field.Its a good product for it's price. If you really want some good filters, buy the standard filters like HOYA's. They make good filters. :)

First- Their customer service.I originally ordered this item on January 1st 2012. Instead of receiving the 3 piece filter set, I received a 4 piece Macro diopter set. I contacted the seller via Amazon and they sent me my original order (3piece filter set) and and a prepaid return envelope for the macro set. The filter arrived promptly and works absolutely great. The only lens I have not tested is the UV (it's a cloudy day here). I would definitely recommend this to beginning- intermediate photographers; or for those who do outdoor photography (like me) and don't won't to risk messing up a more expensive lens.

These filters are great. So far I've only used one of them but I can't wait to use the other two. The carrying package they come in is very nice and it fits perfect in my camera bag. I like that you can't tell there is anything on my lens. Overall I'm very pleased.

I was only looking for a UV filter to protect my new lenses, but this deal was too sweet to pass up. I haven't used a polarizing filter since leaving my 35mm Olympus OM-1 for the digital age. I don't have much use for the FLD, but it was part of the deal. The lenses came with a padded, velcroed pouch with 4 inner mesh pockets. With the UV filter permanently on my camera, the bag had 2 empty pockets. I also have a second lens for my camera and got filters for it at the same time, so this pouch holds all 4 filters.This three filter kit is cheaper than a single premium brand of just the UV filter.If you are just protecting your lenses, this works well!

The Vivitar Series 1 filters are second to none. Vivitar has been cranking out superior quality products for years and I have never been disappointed in their lens, flashes or filters that I own. These are the basic filters that most photographers would need and to have them in one pack is not only useful but also a great deal. There are more expensive products out there but why bother when you have this great product.

I bought these filters to use on my Canon 50mm 1.8 hoping that they would be great given all the rave reviews. I have been using them for a few months now and unfortunately I get the dreaded glare near any window or light source. It is terribly annoying and has ruined more than 1 otherwise great shot. I don't want to have to go back through photoshop to retouch images for glare. I am pretty disappointed with that aspect. Otherwise when you are not near a window they work fine. The UV filter is mainly used to protect my glass as the difference with it on or off as far as images go is pretty negligent. I would recommend these filters if most of your shooting is outdoors and you don't have the cash to splurge on the better Hoya or equivalent filters.

The 3 pc 52mm lens filter set was delivered promptly in a good packaging. The UV and ND filter are the most useful ones. yet to test the CPL filter.The results are at par with other popular brands like Marumi.
