These aircraft - Vickers Valiant, Handley Page Victor, and Avro Vulcan - were built during the Cold War to meet the post-World War II requirements of the British Air Ministry. Throughout the Cold War, this Vulcan aircraft played a crucial role in the British strategic nuclear air arm. It also doubled as a conventional bomber in some of its missions during the British Falklands War.
