This 5 star review is based on customer service first and foremost, despite the black toner cartridge failing within SIX months. And you know what? It's a piece of technology, which we should all realize by now how products are ultimately built to last for a designated time before they wear out.In my case, the toner worked absolutely perfect for every bit of those 6 months, with infrequent printing to the tune of <1,000 pages.Then a few pages began streaking, so I referred to Dell's field service manual to troubleshoot. The black toner was not printing more than 30% of the quality page, despite running multiple tests.Next, I contacted Do It Wiser even though I was well outside the return policy window.Look, the initial price is worth supporting a business that provides a compatible product at a fraction of the OEM cost, and I would consider the faulty toner an anomaly that could happen to any piece of technology.It's the customer service and support AFTER the sale that inspired me to leave feedback, because I simply asked what they recommend for replacement of a cartridge that appears to have prematurely failed. I was fully expecting to buy another unit at over $100 less than OEM parts, but Do It Wiser quickly responded they will either replace or refund the initial purchase from 6 months prior.In this day & age, only the BEST companies who value their customers would offer a choice like that. I will continue buying replacement toners from DIW now, as their packaging, product performance, and service outshines ALL of their competitors.Thank you Do It Wiser for making a small issue one of the best overall experiences yet!

I had ordered another knock off brand toner cartridge for my Dell printer and it was a disaster, made a mess, toner all over inside of machine, shady printouts etc.... This one works BEAUTIFULLY, finally got my printer cleaned up from previous mess and this prints nice and clean no problem. Great value for price vs. dell brand

Very affordable price compared to Dell's price and works about as well. I have used 3-4 orders. Quality may be a little lower than Del but the price makes it worth it.

I was a little nervous to order a product that was so dramatically cheaper than the branded Dell toner I normally order but went ahead based upon Amazon feedback. On arrival, I was immediately impressed by the packaging - this is clearly a company with its act together. A custom branded box and packaging that I'd expect from Dell themselves. The cartridge was clean and looked new. Installed without issue, printer (Dell 3110cn) immediately recognized it and a test print showed no issues. Time and printer usage will tell, but if the printing is consistent, at this price 'Do It Wiser' have found themselves a new repeat customer. Why not 5 stars? Too early to identify 'perfection' but all good so far.Update: I've just installed the second toner from Do It Wiser. The first? Still working perfectly - absolutely zero complaints. Upgraded to 5 stars!

I purchased my Dell printer 15 years ago and it still works really well! Dell stopped making toner for this model and I didn’t want to get a new printer. The toner works great and is a great price!

While it seems to work was dissatisfied with the developer roller being unprotected. The cover was in the box outside the plastic bag the cartridge was in. Hopefully I don't end up with a scratch roller

I'm skeptical regarding these remanufactured toners. I bought this because my printer is simply not worth the crazy-priced toner cartridges. I've been pleasantly surprised that this toner is working great! Of course the toner says 100% since I've been using it. Hopefully, it will actually show how much is left as I use it, but regardless, my 70 lb laser printer is alive, kicking, and working great!

If there's a problem don't count on their "Customer support" to take responsibility for a manufacturing defect let alone address the situation in a responsible way. Below is a copy of my email and their response follows.I ordered your Toner set when the Dell 3110n gave me an end of life message. However, it took until now to fully exhaust the old cartridges.When I put in your new cartridges there were two problems. First the magenta cartridge had toner coming out of the unit before the paper and tabs were pulled. Additionally, when inserted in the machine I got a incompatibly error. Turning off the printer, taking the cartridge out, reinserting it and turning the printer back on resolved the compatibility issue.Now to the second problem which still exists. All color pictures are appeared smeared and the colors are not true.I look forward to your reply as to how to resolve the problem. I found some of the "remove before use" tape a little difficult to pull out of the cartridge but the toner itself seems to be doing its job. Will update review in a few months when I really start putting the toner to good use on some stickers.
