Source Naturals Himalayan Rock Salt by Crystal Balance Fine Grind, Mineral Rich Alkalinizing Gourmet Salt

I'm a fan of Source Naturals vitamins so when I started looking around for some himalayan rock salt upon my doctors recommendation and saw this brand I got really excited and decided to try it. It totally lives up to my expectations. The salt has a nice flavor to it and even though it says fine ground the crystals are larger than regular table salt - which I like. The salt seems to be of a very good quality. Plus you get a decent amount for the price.

Good price and tastes great. Use it in my cooking. Some might not want to use this for sprinkling on top of foods as the grains can be a little bit big, definitely not pretzel salt size, but kind of course. I like to use Himalayan salt as it is known to have many micronutrients and is popular with those that make Ormus.

Very good pink salt, but priced a lot higher than other brands I've purchased. To be fair, it is priced lower than some other brands also. This is sort of mid-priced when it comes to Himalayan salt brands.It is fine enough to use in table size salt shakers and I have found that I need less "salt" with this Himalayan salt - way less than with any refined brand. It is not bitter at all.I gave it only 4 stars because of the price per ounce compared to other brands that I feel are just as high quality. My opinion.

I've always loved rock salt but this salt has an odd flavor to it that I dislike. I only use it when cooking a roast in the crock pot because the flavor thins out in the water. I won't be buying this salt again.

this salt is full of minerals and has zero fat or carbohydrates.

Delicious salt. Slightly coarser than regular table salt, but I like that. I will buy this again.

I very much like that Himalayan rock salt is said to be healthier because it contains a full spectrum of 84 minerals and trace elements. Since I love my salt and I know that too much isn't good for my body, eating it full of healthy mineral and trace elements helps assuage my guilt when I add more salt to my food. A correction, from my perspective, though the label calls this a fine grind, I think it's more a medium grind, but I prefer a medium grind. The single thing I haven't liked about Source Naturals Crystal Balance Himalayan Rock Salt is that it isn't as salty as table salt and sea salt and I have had to relearn how much tastes the best to me and how to season my food accordingly. However, this is a minor adjustment.
