Great with lightweight Linux distro - Resources not sufficient for Windows 10
I'm running this as a headless Lubuntu server, and have been pleasantly surprised with the performance. On first boot, Windows did updates never to reboot again. Although I planned to run a lightweight Linux, I got curious to see how Windows would perform. Long story short, it didn't. After updating the box never rebooted even after I tried the repair option on boot. Windows 10 is a nice OS, but don't expect to run it on a box like this. It's designed to expect much heavier resources.Of the many lightweight Linux flavors, I decided to try Lubuntu to see how desktop performance would work on this machine before disabling X and running headless. The machine had pretty snappy performance for web browsing and open source office products, so if someone is looking for a desktop replacement Lubuntu on this machine is a great option.Running as a headless Lubuntu server, the performance has been much better than expected. It's running Sonarr, Radarr, Jackett, NZBGet, and Deluge all at the same time using an old spinning USB 3.0 drive for storage before pushing new content to a NAS. It's handling all of this with very reasonable performance. It also stays cool, barely getting warm to the touch at all even CPU is maxed for a while. One thing I would have liked to see is more USB 3 ports. There's only one; the other two are USB 2. If it had 4 USB 3 ports it would make a great NAS alternative. The power button also seems a bit fragile, but changing the BIOS settings and using it as an always-on server makes this problem irrelevant. It would be a problem if used as a desktop alternative.

Very good MiniPC!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is my first minipc. This pc has the win10 system, very smooth for videos, and online shopping. This PC is really mini, one hand can cover it. It has HDMI output, very good for videos. I really like it. If you want to try minipc, this is a good choice with reasonable price.

Neat Little Computer
This product arrived and out of the box powered up, Windows 10 started to boot and allowed me to tweak my settings. Very cool and very impressed. The unit, and my experience, far surpassed my expectations. The seller exceeded my expectations as well, after a few minor hiccups when getting me my order, they reached out, offered their assistance and made sure all of my issues and expectations were met. If you're looking for a small, powerful desktop, this will fit the bill!

I hate this worthless piece of garbage. Power button and clock stopped working on day 84.
Original review: I bought this to put an old CRT to use. The issues other customers had with dead clock batteries, overheating, and Windows 10 activation didn't happen to me. At 100% CPU, the Intel Atom stabilized at 1.67 gigahertz. The case became warm to the touch, not hot. Initial setup and updates took 71 minutes using VGA, a Microsoft account, and an Ethernet cable. No warnings in the Device Manager. Audio was great with unpowered speakers other PCs couldn't make loud enough. The 24 watt power supply means 4k video editing, AAA 3D gaming, and bitcoin mining are out of the question with this system. I notice 1-5 second delays that don't happen with full sized desktop hardware. I'm impressed with Windows 10 performance so far. I'm relieved that I received a high quality unit. The review and rating will be updated if anything goes wrong.Update: Put up a reliability history for the first week. Strange to see Windows 10 shutdowns were unexpected. I always shut down the mini PC from the Start menu. The process seems abrupt sometimes. Day 12: The shutdown anomalies have gone away for the last five days. Still, every time I reboot, the volume level is reset to 37%.1 month update: Reliability level 6/10, mainly from a power failure that wasn't the mini PCs fault. All the hardware works well. The only improvement would be to add more CPU cache in future versions to compensate for modern bloatware and infinite scrolling sites. I'm still impressed with the mini PC and use it for hours daily. I don't get angry or frustrated with it.2 month update: Reliability is 9/10. Only 18.6 gigabytes are in use. I still love the Z83/F. In light of the hardware improvements since the dawn of personal computers, it's quite amazing. It handles programming and simple Blender 2.8 projects well. The only problems come from reddit and youtube, which apparently "need" more than 4 gigabytes for scrolling down. At least reddit has a classic mode option that uses far less data. It's annoying to be looking through youtube search results and suddenly be back at the top. I think mini PCs with M.2 drives will be flawless platforms in the near future. I'm not bothered by eMMC storage speed.Almost 3 month update: 720p 60 fps streaming video is much better on a 1280x1024 monitor. Downconverting it for the CRT must have added too many extra processing steps. Frame dropping only happens in the first few seconds now.Day 84: The power button takes 50 tries to boot the PC. Totally unacceptable. Rating changed from 5 to 0 stars. The hardware has zero economic or computational value if it can't be turned on predictably. This is pure garbage. I hate it. It's like the power button on cheap bike lights, but worse. It's very awkward to stand, reach behind the monitor, try every variation of pressing and holding down the button and have nothing happen. Why did they use this weak design? It's insane. I just recycled the box a few days ago, so I guess it isn't returnable now. I can get it to turn on by unplugging and plugging in the power cable, but that means going under the desk. Almost everything for sale on Amazon stops working quickly. There is no manufacturing skill or quality control on this planet. Why did businesses decide to ruin power buttons? We need good ones. They used to work until the last decade of pathetic, counterfeit substitutes.Day 85: The clock was losing time yesterday. It has to manually synchronized several times per session even though it is plugged in and turned on. I wish the manufacturer used robust, standardized parts instead of weak, under-engineered garbage. The power switch did not respond to yesterday's cleaning. This computer is hard to turn on, hard to shut down without "Windows was not properly shut down" errors even though I used the Start menu to do it, where improper mistakes are impossible to make, and unable to keep track of the time. I regret buying this junk. I wish I lived in a culture. One that doesn't lie to people or exploit and cheat them. Kodlix and Minisforum are evil enterprises that should be shunned by all.Resetting and reinstalling Windows 10 did not fix the clock problem. Running maintenance from the control panel failed too. It's incredibly devastating to realize the failure of one of two moving parts (power and CMOS clear buttons) in an otherwise all solid state platform led to such problems. One cheap, inadequately designed and made button caused cascading system failures in a new computer. I condemn the malicious manufacturer. The hardware is too weak to use. I hope my bitterness and sense of betrayal will sway other customers to look elsewhere for a mini PC.

I sent it back
At first it functioned fine. Then I reset the display to match my monitor. After that all I could do was to reset the unit. When you reset it it no longer registers the OS with Microsoft. The registration code is not packaged with the unit so it cannot be entered manually. Without the registration code the product is worthless.

Tiny and Perfect
Okay...so WOW, I am so very pleased. I looked for a mini pc for a long time, almost a year now. When I went into Best Buy to get educated on them, no one could help me. In fact they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. So I did some research and decided on this little guy. I took it out of the box, plugged it into my TV took out my wireless mouse and keyboard and viola! It is exactly as it was advertised online. So far I love it. It is a little slower than my laptop but it will work just great for doing homework, checking emails, paying bills, and playing a little solitaire. I haven't tried to watch any movies yet or listen to any music so I'll have to edit my post once that is done. Seriously! This is just perfect...

REVISED: Good as a media center.
Rev 1: After a while, apart from the USB3.0 hardware problem, I have started using the unit as a Media Center. It works fine. Video quality on my TV is 4K, and works fine. So I changed the 1 star to 3 stars. If the USB connection was working, it would have been 4 stars.Did'nt work right away, because the network adapter had driver problems. Windows reported driver or hardware errors. Took me quite a while to find a working driver. Then the USB 3.0 connection started to have mechanical problems.Unfortunately I have to send the item back.
