Trivia: Defending Jacob: A Novel By William Landay (Trivia-On-Books) Paperback – December 17, 2016

The book reminded me of the movie (and play) "The Bad Seed" which was released in 1957 and was one of the first treatments of the idea that people can be born evil. I was 16 when I first saw the movie and it terrified me. This book was an interesting take on this theme and the twists can in the various relationships of the protagonists and how much they were willing to do. It could have been tightened up , in my opinion, but a good read.

Did not read this book - must not have been wearing my glasses when I ordered this one as I thought I was ordering Defending Jacob vs this trivia book. After discovering my mistake, I just deleted it from my Kindle. It may be a 5 star to some people, but I was not interested in this type of book.

Great book! The writer was subtle and "kept you in the dark" until the end.

this novel was very well written . excellent pace, wonderfully executed. A must read for lovers of this genre. I totally recommend this book. Is there a sequel?

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, it was well written, the characters were excellent, the courtroom drama was superb. Will be referring this book to an avid reader friend of mine.
