Lasted over a year and a half on the first bulb. Then I hit it with a water hose spray... blew out the bulb and a resistor on the circuit board. Resistor probably saved my home’s wiring. But it’s hard to replace on the circuit board.For the bulb: Yes, the bulb is replaceable. I have searched for the replacement bulb for Months. I finally found the bulb type on the original box. It is a 20w E27 UVA tube. The only place that I can get the replacement bulb is thru webstaurant.com. Their part number is 60540Wattout. Like ten bucks plus shipping. It is user replaceable IF you are mechanically and electrically inclined, and are very careful. Make sure it is unplugged and all electricity is drained from the circuit board before trying it.Anyway, the zapper works great, but keep it off the ground, as the dead bugs and beetles pile up quickly.

The media could not be loaded. Playing simple the product works and has a few design flaws like cord placement it’s just awkward doesn’t really work if you’re trying to hang it up because the hooks not on a swivel but it works and works good I would buy it again so if you need campsite bug line get it!

Kills a lot of mosquitos and moths... both.I'm not sure if it cut down on the mosquito population as we got it towards the end of Summer.I had intended on bringing it in when it rained but forgot, and still worked just fine, so that was good.

This is a really good product. The first day I used it, I could already see the vast number of bugs killed. It has a safe outer wall to protect your fingers and it is very simple to use. I never heard a noise coming from the lamp, meaning it is very quiet. The cleaning portion was a bit more challenging because of the small brush, but nothing too difficult. Overall I think that this is an amazing and very useful product.

As others have noted, the bulbs aren't user-replaceable. My zapper worked great for a couple months... and just died, lights won't light up. Bad design. Being surrounded by mosquitos as i write this now...!

The product is very quiet which is good if you don't like the snapping sound of flies being zapped. The onle downfals are the location of the plug and how hard it is to clean.

Our barbecues during summer were the best thanks to this amazing bug zapper. The design is super cute, matches our decoration in the backyard. It kills all those nasty mosquitoes and I’m happy because we spent a great time outside with friends and family and we didn’t have to worry about those mosquitoes.

Bought this in May of 2020 and here it is October of 2020 and it has quit already. Will not buy White Kaiman again
