Terrible product, worse company. I wanted to love this mattress. I researched non toxic mattresses and chose this based upon reviews and what the materials are. The mattress arrived perfectly packaged and quickly, I was so excited! Then I opened it and a terrible smell assulted my home. I contacted Nook, they told me that it was probably "just the natural latex" and that "some people have a sensitivity, if you air it out the smell will lessen," "send us proof of purchase and we will get a warranty claim going." I did everything asked of me, after they got the information their response was that they were not going to cover the mattress because I bought it at a "deep discount" and from a dealer who is "not an authorized dealer anymore." They do not know how the mattress was stored or for how long. Nowhere on their website do they list authorized dealers, or say what percentage of a discount disqualifies them from covering the mattress under warranty. Worse, trying to be helpful they sent a link to their "dealer of the month" who was offering the mattress or almost the same price I purchased it for. There is no "sell by date" or "mattress storage instructions" on the packaging. I firmly believe that the problem with my mattress is due to manufacturing or worse the packaging material is toxic, Nook refuses to consider the possibility, in fact they refuse to answer any of the new questions their email brought up. The bottom line, this mattress smells terrible, multiple people have smelled it and had their nose wrinkle up in disgust. The mattress is not useable. Bottom line, don't waste your money, buy a mattress from a company that stands behind their product.

This is by far the best mattress I have ever bought for my daughter. It is the second one I have bought for her(we moved to another state). My wife is extremely picky about these things(organic stuff) and she has no complaints. My daughter sleeps like a rock!
