BionaOrganic - Sugar - Rapadura Whole Cane - 500g

I recently discovered Biona Organic Sugar- Rapadura Whole Cane, and I couldn’t be happier. Not only is the sugar cane grown sustainably, but it’s also unrefined and chemical free. This makes it a much healthier option than the normalized white sugar you find in most grocery stores. I found the sugar to have a unique, earthy flavour unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It reminds me of the days of old when such unprocessed sugars were much more commonplace. I have definitely been using it more in my baking recipes and am happy to be getting a taste of the more natural life. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking to switch their sugar for something healthier and more flavourful.

Great organic sugar product. Of course, the taste is nice and sweet, but even better it carries a very fine texture for DIY sugar scrubs.

Rapadura is the perfect alternative to white sugar. And it is delicious.

If it doesn't clump, it is not nutritious Rapadora sugar.

Taste is very good, wish it was not in powder form.

Great for additional nutrients for making water kefir.

At first you think it adds flavor to you coffee, but after a few days you cannot tell you're not using sugar. Plus I feel better using this sugar over regular white sugar.

Je l'ai trouvé super bon,par contre la texture peut surprendre : moins régulière que les sucres habituels.. pour moi au contraire c'est encore meilleur..En plus livraison plus rapide qu'indiquee

I love love love this stuff. I put it in almost everything instead of sugar now. I bake a lot of bun, cakes and bread. Works wonders in a cinnamon roll
