This is a must have for our trips to disney, I have to wrap my ankle every time for our marathon walking, this stuff is great, keeps your ankle stabilized and I'm able to walk a lot longer with it wrapped up.

Great for active people
Great to use when you work out or hurt yourself. Whenever I am lifting a lot and my shoulders hurt, I just put some of this tape on and in a day or two it feels much better. My wife has bad wrists and she uses it often to make the pain go away. It does leave residue behind but can be cleaned off with proper stuff.
