Good customer service.
I had an issue with the lights on my bubble machine. Their customer service doesn’t understand/speak english very well, but once you finally convey the message, they will take care of you.

Lots of bubbles
I wish you could turn the light on and off when bubbles are running also it would be nicer if you could pick a solid color. Makes a mess so I put it in the yard where the bubble solution won’t harm anything. Have to refill often

Didn't work, seller not helpful.
Machine never worked. Seemed like the blower was on too high so bubbles would pop immediately, but there is no dial for fan speed just an on/off button. Contacted seller and he suggested some things that I can do to fix it. I thought this was ridiculous, but did as he said. Didn't work. At this point I spent too much time on it and scrapped it as a loss. Kids never got to enjoy it. Not easy to use, would not gift, and no value because it didn't work. Find another machine that might work or at least a seller willing to fix their own products.

Did NOT work.
I am an elementary school principal and I purchased this for an end-of-year celebration. Imagine how disappointed we were when this bubble machine did not work. The lights came on and the fan started blowing, but it didn't produce a single bubble. To make it worse, we had also purchased the "heavy duty bubble solution" that was recommended for this machine. Terrible purchase. We are returning it.
