Great all around rope with great grips
Works great. So much more comfortable than most tricep ropes. It’s replaced a few accessories as it is easy to hold.

Exceptional!
This tricep extension rope is excellent quality and has been a great addition to my workouts. The rope is thick and durable, with heavy-duty handles that feel secure during every set. Unique Way to Hit All Angles
Great way to change up the angles on tricep push downs. Quality product but a bit more than similar attachments. I think it is worth it to keep my workouts fresh and green.

Worth every penny.
In my experience, this is hands down the best triceps rope ever. It not only isolates the triceps exceptionally well but also eliminates unilateral bias during movement. Additionally, the build quality is rock-solid—worth every extra dollar for a tool that’s built to outlast you.

Right on target! Balances the weight load.
Really does exactly what I needed. First saw the Spiral Strength Dually on YouTube (Garage Gym Reviews: "The GOAT Cable Attachments According to Coop!"). Using a rope for tricep extensions is great, but for me I pull more with my right arm. When using a rope attachment, it does not have the movement to equal the load, so my right tricep tended to carry more of the weight. Enter the Spiral Strength Dually. With the Spiral Strength Dually, the load is much better controlled because you know instantly when one arm is pulling more than the other. Love it. Also, the cone-shaped grips have no pressure points. Feels incredibly natural. I am also using this for cable hammer curls and love it for that as well. 5 stars all the way. You won't be sorry.

Love this tricep rope
It's a fantastic design, works some muscles that didn't get worked before. But there is no way it's as strong as they rate it. Maybe at most 130lbs, I can hear it ripping at 120lbs.
