Slow Water Flow. Maybe this will help. This company is great.
I owe this company a review, not because I was given the product to test but because of how amazing their customer support is. I purchased two of these Waterfall faucets and after just a few weeks, the water pressure was very bad. I have my water on a filter system so it was really troubling to me. I was not sure if it was the water saver or the faucet cartridge but I was bound and determined to find out because we love this product.After going back and forth with the company, my fault as I was not understanding the 35mm short leg vs 35mm standard leg cartridge, the issue was solved.I want everyone to know that this company stands by their product, heck they do more than that, They stand for it. You can't go wrong buying from this company that is for sure.Now for those of you who do have issues with water flow and adjusting the under sink valves does not solve the issue. Try these suggestions the will work.1. Remove the water saver and clean it. Just take off the top of the faucet and remove the filter cartridge, you will see a green plug at the bottom, remove it and clean it then put it back. This should solve most issues. If you really want heavy water flow, you can just remove it all together but watch out because it will pour out.2. This faucet is so pretty and heavy! I've not had any major problems with it other than sometimes after someone uses it the water builds up behind the on/off valves and a little water drips/flows out of the spout as if it was on--but its only a small amount (maybe 2 tablespoons worth) and it stops right away...but given the affordable cost of this piece compared to what I would have paid with the big box stores, its something I can live with. I wish this piece came with a deck plate, but it didn't and I had to purchase one separately. Just a word of caution, if you do need a deck plate be sure to get one with a fairly wide width....many of the standard plates are too narrow and lip of this faucet will hang over it. It took some searching but I found this one on Amazon that seemed to just make it and matches well (Aquafaucet 4" Bathroom Vessel Vanity Sink Faucet 4" Hole Cover Deck Plate Escutcheon Brushed Nickel).

Works great. Quiet. Water does pool up at the end when you turn it off. I'm trying to get past that. The handle and the hot/cold dot do not line up straight. My OCD goes crazy with that. Other than that I really like it. Good quality.

Just received this today and I have to say I am more than impressed! Heavy duty construction came with drain, hose and collar. Also good installation instructions. This is going to be the crowning touch to our rustic bathroom

Absolutly beautiful and such good quality. Price was half of what you would pay for something like this is Lowe's or home depot. Havn't installed it yet but seems to be good quality so I don't expect any problems.

We haven’t installed them yet, but out of the box they look beautiful and we are very excited. We looked at big box stores and these were much more affordable and looked better. Simply LOVE this faucet.
Let me tell you how much I LOVE this faucet. It is everything that I had wanted and then some. The quality is impeccable, the packaging is amazing the the faucet is awe inspiring. I too had to slow the flow down at the shut offs as it has a high flow but I would much rather have that problem then a low flow with no ability to make it better. This is the faucet on low flow.
