Konsyl Easy Mix Formula Psyllium Fiber, 300g Powder. (Pack of 2)

I love this fiber as much as you could love fiber... :) I have tried other brands including Metamucil and really found that the texture was SO MUCH better with Konsyl. I mix this in with my oatmeal with berries or in my fruit smoothies. I would say that you can taste it slightly but you get used to it and I don't even think about it anymore. Great price and if you need fiber, this is a great way to go!

Nasty smell and nasty taste!

Im pregnant and even though i drink a ton of water i keep getting stopped up. I have been taking this with either oj or milk for the last couple days once a day and everything is running so much smoother. Tips: Doesnt mix with a spoon, mix by shaking with ice in your drink or a blender ball. Drink fast because it kinda goes to the bottom and fluffs up quickly. You dont have to use much liquid, maybe 4-6 ounces if you are just downing it like i am then eating and drinking my normal breakfast. I will probably keep using this daily just to keep me clear.

The product works well!

"Easy Mix" this is not. Bu it does the trick.

Unhappy the powder doesn't dissolve in liquid. It cakes up, unlike the one it replaces

ivs been told that this product works well. I personally can't drink it due to the thick consistency but my boyfriend uses it everyday.

Tastes like ground-up cardboard box. And it mixes about as well as you might imagine sawdust dissolving in your water. But all in all it's a good product. The dosage is much smaller than with Metamucil or a similar supplement and I just blend it in with orange juice and I don't even notice that it's there. I love that can control the sugar.
