Great basic calculator for kids
Can't beat under $4 for a quality basic calculator. The buttons are nicely raised for small fingers to get a feel for the concept of a calculator and they push down very easily as well. The solar power option also is great to extend the life of the battery that is in it too. Great size for small hands, also works great in a purse to take with you to use yourself or in a restaurant to entertain the kids. We use it to help our son learn how to count by 2s, 5s, 10s, etc. as you can simply hit 5 + 5 = 10 and if you continue to hit the = button this calculator will continue to count up. (This is not a novel concept, MOST calculators do this, but I had a cheapo one that previously did not, so that's why I make note here that this one does.) :)

Son loves it
My numbers obsessed 4 year old loves this. I was getting frustrated with my little man constantly draining my phone because he’s want to play on the calculator all...day...long(!). Wanted to find a kid friendly one that didn’t look like it came from an accountant’s desk. This fit the bill. Has had it for two months and still works great. Hopefully it last a long time. It’s not heavy at all and perfect size for little hands. Buttons don’t stick. Would recommend.

Lasts a very long time.
Nothing fancy. Does exactly what it says it will. Works well and withstands the wear and tear of a 6th grader in need of a regular calculator. Hasn't failed my son yet. You will be able to use this for years.

Given as a Gift
I ordered these calculators for Food for the Poor to distribute to needy children for school. They were delivered directly to Food for the Poor. I never saw them. These were on their wish list, so I hope they would have knowledge of how well they worked before they asked people to donate them. Wish I could tell you more!

Why not
It's cheap and it's got my eight-year-old doing math and learning calculator skills. It must be somewhat resilient, it stayed in the bottom of a junk drawer for a bit because I forgot to give it to him.

Perfect PreK Graduation Gift!
Lovely, fun gift for child beginning Kindergarten in September. Probably should have/could have gotten her one sooner, but regrettably didn't think of it sooner! Enjoying it now!!

Pretty basic calculator for a basic price.
I wanted a simple calculator to take into a test which did not allow smart phones or programming calculators. This did the trick.
