Yikes.
I’m going to level with you...I hate these. I have the cherokee brand maternity scrubs and love them, but they didn’t have them in ceil blue. So I tried these. The fabric is really nice. The color is nice. The fit is really weird. They’re incredibly long, I’m 5’6’’ and the bottoms drag under my heels. I’m normally a size 16 so I went with XL. The waist and thighs are too big, but right below my knees they’re form fitting and below that they flare. The belly panel is short and the crotch is long, so when you pull them up to where the crotch sits normally the pants then have a weird crease mid belly where the panel and the pant material meet. Awkward fit. My 5 year old snatched the tags off as I was trying them on, otherwise I would have returned them.

Don’t stay up!!
I usually love urbane scrubs, and the prego size was true to size with my pre-prego size of small. Loved how these offered cargo pockets in each leg to contain the stuff that I’d normally stuff into the pockets on my top, but that my belly doesn’t leave room for...However, the pants have no grip, no band, nothing to keep them up. THey start to fall off on their own, never mind if you actually out stuff in the pockets to weigh them down. I’d return them if I didn’t take all the tags off.

Huuuuuuuuuge
Pre-pregnancy I am 5'6", 155 lb and I wear an 8 or 10 in most pants, jeans, dresses. I usually wear a medium in womens scrubs or a small in unisex. I don't like scrubs that are super snug or show off my butt (seriously, who am I impressing??) and I need to be able to do squats and lunges in my scrubs.I tried on a medium in a store and they seemed too big so I ordered a small. Still too big. Way too big. Y'all, I am NOT an XS and I haven't been since I was about 12.I am 5.5 months pregnant and I am starting to show and these pants just fall right off. God forbid I put anything in my pockets like my phone, pulse oximeter, or reflex hammer. I had to pin them to my underwear the other day to keep them up. The belly band just slides down and I ended up rolling it down.Maybe when I get bigger they will work, but not right now.Would return them if I hadn't taken the tags off already.

Ok for the price
I needed something quick in maternity for work since our scrubs are coming in late. I chose these on a whim because of the price. They are decent. The pros: price, stretchy, on the shorter side (as a lot of scrubs are usually too long and baggy). The cons: the part that fits over your belly does not stay up well, so I am pulling them up all day, the material is soft, but not very warm (almost like viscose). I would rate these higher if they would stay up, but that is super inconvenient, not to mention not comfortable with a big belly as it is.

Nothing to hold the belly band up
I am required to wear this scrub brand at my place of employment, so I was excited that they made maternity scrub pants and am familiar with how they fit. I bought the same size maternity pants that I wear in regular scrubs (xl). They fit just like the regular kind. The material is the same silky softness and maybe just a tad thinner. The problem is with the belly band. There isn't any elastic or anything to hold it in place. I wouldn't say it's too big, because when the band is in place these feel amazing. But I have to pull up my pants and readjust the band every 5 minutes, and when you work 12 hour shifts it's really annoying. I am currently 32 weeks pregnant so you wouldn't think the band would keep falling. I only bought one pair of pants and would not buy anymore. I would return these, but I only have a short time left and I am required to wear this particular brand as part of my uniform. Maybe they will stay up better when I get bigger, but I doubt it.

Run large but they are super soft and comfy
I ordered a large thinking it might run small but it runs big. I decided to keep the pants and just bunch up the slack in the belly to the side and tie it with a pony tail. I’m 6 months along maybe I’ll grow into them. They are so comfy though which is a bonus and why I didn’t mind tying up the slack. The belly band part is extra soft and falls down a lot, i was pulling my pants up all day.

Best Scrub Pants Ever for Maternity
These pants were a life saver during the last 2 months of my pregnancy. I could no longer fit into the hospital issued scrubs. The colors are exactly as depicted and easy to match up with tops if you're required to wear "company" scrubs. So comfortable and plenty of room while you're growing! I never felt like they were too tight, the belly band stays place even with moderate activity. Plenty of pockets, and the best part is, the pockets were positioned in a way were you can actually use them without having to dig under your belly. I bought 3 pairs and rotated through them. In all honestly, I was living in these pants for the last week of my pregnancy when I couldn't get comfortable in anything else. MUST HAVE

With an easy little tweak these are perfect!
I’m giving 4 stars because like other reviews I think the belly is a little too large and slides down but I still have room to grow at 22 weeks and 180 pounds. All I did was use two safety pins in the back and with maternity shirts they stay up no problem! Of The 5 different maternity scrub pant brands I’ve tried (and returned) this is the best fit for me and I love these pants and bought three. I usually run big in the thigh and I’m 5’5 and these still reach the bottom of my sneakers without being floods. The material is light and stretchy which I didn’t think I’d like but will be perfect for the summer and after wearing I love the comfy feel. I’m usually a med pant in med couture pre-pregnancy and I got these in large.

Useless
The belly band will not stay up at all. I thought it was because my belly wasn't big enough at first but its definitely big enough now (33 weeks) and it still falls down every few steps. I tried taping it to my stomach because I was stuck wearing them for 12 hours and even that didn't work, so I had 2 very uncomfortable shifts plus they're gabage now.

Don’t buy
Material that goes over bump is to slippery. They fall down alll the time and I pull them up every 2 minutes. Nice pants bad material choice. Don’t recommend buying especially for 50 dollars.

good for short legs
nice thick material, but legs shirk afer first wash. you have to wash them at least twice before you wear them as the dye still seems to get on your legs after one wash. not as comfortable if you have thicker thighs.
