Not entirely too sure about this product. It was recommended to me in order to naturally increase one's own testosterone. Unless you're having your testosterone checked by your physician, I wouldn't know how one would know if this product works. I will say, that the product tells you to take at night before bedtime, but I find myself not being able to sleep. Since then, I've started taking in the morning and I'm fine.

I used this after Nugenix Test 180 and I like it. I have pretty bad low back/SI joint pain/arthritis and I feel much better in the morning when I use this product. Currently using the Nutra Summa Growth but not seeing the same results, granted I haven't been taking as directed or working out much.

Use the old version for sleeping, amazing product. New ingredients, do not allow you to use it for this purpose. They keep you up all night. Will be returning the bottles.
