I’m no health specialist or athlete. But my taking taken Circulation Essentials for six months has has a positive effect on me. I’m more energetic and I have less discomfort in my legs at night.

I have come rely on this product, because it worked so well for me, but the color has changed. Apparently the supplier of ground herbs and spices has begun to cut bulk supplement powder with calcium carbonate, or something, to make them go farther. A gray/white gritty powder will be found at the bottom of your cup if you open up capsules and put them in hot water or order powdered herbs by the oz. The taste and color and/or texture of many products have changed lately and this is one of them. Products that used to work very well are not working so well any more, some having little or no effect at all. Tell tale sign is if the color has changed. It is not only happening with this brand, but other brands too. If the color of your herbal supplement has changed, recommend opening a few capsules and putting in boiling water to see if grit settles to the bottom. That stuff in the bottom is not good for you. I have been letting mine settle and sipping off the top with a straw. The taste changes significantly. I strained some through a coffee strainer. The taste of strained herbs is radically different. I was amazed. It tastes soooo much better. It has such a pure essence about it, much like a very high quality essential oil essence. But I had to use 3 coffee filters to strain one cup of herbal tea because there was so much sandy grit in the herb. So it is not a practical solution. Something that ruins the flavor and texture of an herbal te cannot be all that good for people.

I got this because I was healing from finger surgery and the blood flow wasn’t where I hoped. It helped with that but it increased the amount of blood flow to the veins in my head too which caused headaches 😒
