The Helios lamp is outstanding. Solidly built, easy to install, and incredibly bright. The service response from Bright Eyes was also remarkable: through email they quickly diagnosed and resolved a problem I was having!

Simple! It matches my specific bike and stock color scheme. The 1800lum lights are as bright as a bike will ever need. The mounting kit. I got to replace one ooosp'ed during a crash works as good as the one that came with the original kit.

I was pleasantly surprised using this mount for the first time. Not only because of how easy it is to mount (I was glad I didn't have to take my grips/shifter/brakes off to put it on) but also how it seems to well built specifically for handlebars. The inside of the clamp is lined with rubber so I didn't feel nervous getting it really tight and worrying that it would hurt my bars. The light attaches easily and stays fairly solid. Only issue so far is that when riding drops or real rough sections the light angle can change a bit and I had to readjust and point it back up a bit, but perhaps I just need to tighten the light even more to the clamp.Great, easy to use, seems built to last.

Very good product

Due to it being a plastic mount, and extremely thin at one of the screw hole mounting points. It literally broke while I was trying to mount the bracket to the handle bars, and I JUST got it delivered today. Definitely wouldn't stand up in the cold. I barely even turned the screw and the bracket snapped. Upside, I still have the original bike light mount that uses those crappy rubber straps. The other, is I have a ton of gopro mounts to use with the gopro finger mounts that attach to the light. But that's a really stiff, junk feeling plastic also, just like the handle bar bracket. Don't was te your money. This mount would get bumped once and snap. They should have made it from aluminum, but that's a good idea. ABS plastic isn't always a good option. Only gonna keep it, as I have the part that fixes to the light itself, to make it gopro mount compatible. But I'm still gonna attempt a refund. Totally not worth the 15/16 bucks. I'm sure I'll have to make aluminum gopro mounts in my near future as well.

When you break one of these mounts that usually come with one of their lights. You'll eventually break them its really nice they sell the mounts as a set for an affordable price

Love the product, wish they just sold the go pro part alone though! I just needed a way to mount my light to my Garmin mount and this worked perfectly

I've had these for a few years now for night riding, have used a handful of times for mountain biking. Recently tried to use the head mount for night skiing and the light just shuts off without warning. Almost skied into a tree. Never had that problem when I mountain biked with them.Looked up the user manual again and this is a known issue."This new LED Cree technology is a little different than the dimmer LED lights that youmay be used to. This light will stay bright until the end of its charge. When it’s dead, itwill ABRUPTLY turn off."
