it works super
This is cheaper than the competition by far so I though there'd be a catch. I can't find any.It came with a little core removal tool (good for the saddle bag) and 2 "hose" attachments you can interchange with the reservoir. One "hose" has a threaded screw ending and the other one is a straight thin tube you can sink into the tire through the valve hole. I used the threaded-end option that screws onto the external threads of the presta valve (the cap threads) to inject a few ml of sealant with zero leaks or problems. I was concerned that the sealant would plug the ~1mm diameter "hose," and it probably will if you don't get your business done quickly.I think these are all coming from the same factory in China, only the other options charge $5 over this one for their branded stickers they put on the syringe. Save some coin a put your own stickers on it.

Cheaper than same thing from others, worked for sealant into tubes with valve core removed
Worked great for injecting Panaracer Smart Seal tubeless sealant into my Schwalbe SV-17 tubes. I used a different valve core removal tool (the included plastic bit might have worked fine though), put the sealant in with the presta hose end, and put the valve core back on. Cleaned up easy with water (filled then pushed out several times).Ended up with too much fluid in one tube, removed the valve core again, removed fluid with the smaller plastic attachment “needle” easily.200+ miles in goat head season and no flats so far ... had 6 flats in the last 200 miles. As most others mention, this seems to be exactly the same as other sealant injectors but for a few bucks less.

Works well, but keep it clean.
Works great for what it does. Makes adding sealant to my tubes super easy. Note that the thin extension is apt to plug if you use it for a good sealant (I make homebrew sealant which works very well). I use a piece of 3/32 TIG wire to rod out the tube after every use, or when it gets plugged. I think a spoke might work, as well. It's just the nature of sealant. A good habit to get into is to flush and rinse the device with hot water after every use to help avoid this.

It works
I have only used this on presta valve stems and it worked great. I was removing tires that were setup as tubeless so I removed the valve stem and inserted the tube attached to the injector and was able to draw out just about all of the sealant that was in tire. When installing wheels I mounted the tires removed the valve core and was able to inject the sealant. The system works and described and makes dealing with tubeless sealant a lot easier and cleaner.

Clogging is an issue
If you're using this for non-latex sealants with glitter/silicone particulates, this thing is going to clog constantly. I run my tires tubeless (unlike some of the people reviewing who are running tubeless with extra steps e.g. tubes) and run non-latex/ammonia based sealants, which don't dry up after 2 months and are better for the environment. With that said, these sealants contain larger particulates so don't even try to use the attachment that would go into the valve stem, and you can barely force anything through the tube unless you really get the pressure going immediately from the start.Summation: make the tube and attachment gauge larger and this will be a perfect product.

Works well and a good deal
Good value and works well. My valve stems were very sightly too small in internal diameter, but I was able to drill them out with a 1/8" drill bit, and then the injector tube fit through. Worked well with orange seal regular formula.A luer lok coupler would be a good addition to the kit, and would allow drawing orange seal fluid straight from the luer lok cap.

It clogs with Orange Seal
Orange Seal has metal flakes in it to aid in sealing. Put simply, this thing chokes when trying to syphon from an Orange Seal Bottle. If you do get it to work there's a good chance you didn't shake the bottle well enough and didn't pick up any sealing metal flakes which could be a problem. It did seem to work well enough with Stans though.

So cheap, but so useful.
This is a must have for tubeless tires. I can’t believe I went for so long without this product. This allows you to easily and cleanly measure out the correct amount of sealant and add it to the tire.
