An excellent machine, well thought out. well made. and well executed in its design. Simple, easy to use and straight forward. The epitome of what machines should be.

Came very well packaged and crated. The set up was easy, pretty much plug and play. The oven came with four (4) shelves and LED lights for viewing, which was a nice surprise since the description said only two shelves and no lights. One of the LED light strips had come loose in shipping, but was very easily reattached and is giving no problems.The pump that came with it works great, takes a minute but I am able to achieve a full vacuum (I am 100ft above sea level).It takes about an hour for me to achieve proper temperature, then it holds it pretty accurately from my readings. Vacuum holds all day.Perfect size for my needs. Very happy w the purchase.

This is a good, basic vacuum oven with vacuum pump. Nothing fancy here. My big problem was that the Amazon listing claims free shipping. In fact, Amazon did not charge me shipping. Imagine my surprise when, two months after delivery, I received an overdue notice from FedEx for $72. Apparently, this had shipped freight collect but FedEx just delivered it without receiving payment. They are now pursuing me for a delinquent account that is not my responsibility!

This AI vacuum oven does exactly what it is supposed to do which is completely purge material of its solvents. I've only done one run but my material came out hella-mega clean & extremely stable. I can't wait to get my technique down with this new tool of mine. The saying goes that the quality of your starting material and having a professional vacuum oven to finish off your material is of utmost importance when processing material. With my AI AT09p.110 Vacuum Oven, I can go into business for myself and have total control over my life for the very first time ever. It was well worth the investment. This company is nothing short of a nightmare to deal with!! There products are cheap and are not made in America as they claim!! Beware!!

Well it was not broken!! when you turn thermostat low it simply cuts power to entire tool so display and lights inside the oven go out, looks like its broken but its not, just set temperature higher than ambient tempOriginal :Didn't last very long, today I noticed the display was dead and thought the fuse popped. but all fuses in the building and on the back of this over are OK and power is going to the tool but LED's and heaters not powering up. too bad, looked like a good deal

For 3 years I have been using this oven for BHO concentrate. It was simple to use the first time and is still in use to this day. I would buy again but never will have to cause this one will be in use for years.
