Unfortunately the last purchases I have made of items that are on sale, that have descriptions of "used, but in good condition" have been a total failure.I recently bought a fish tank that arrived totally scratched (unusable) and incomplete, a bluetooth keyboard that does not turn on, and now this amplifier that turns on, but nothing is heard.Although, although it is true, requesting a refunds is relatively simple, when it is a client like me, who lives outside the United States, many times to return the merchandise, it costs us more than the product itself, and to be able to opt for the return of the money, according to Amazon's policies, you have to return the equipment and wait for them to receive it.Amazon must understand that if you sell a product that says used, or with the box in poor condition, or some type of imperfection, but is in good working order, you have to check if it is really in good working order for the use it is designed for.I am a customer of many years, surely I am not the most important of Amazon, but I hope you listen to me and understand my point of view, and I want to receive my refunds without having to return merchandise that is not in perfect working order.

I must admit that this is a pretty strong amp for the money. I purchased it to listen to music on the screen porch where the reliable Bluetooth connection really comes in handy due to its location. Can't speak to the microphone capabilities or the radio as I am somewhat remote. It has plenty of power to drive my speakers so we can listen to it while doing yard work but I have yet to "really" crank it. I had one very small issue and Kinter USA's Customer Service jump on it and took care of immediately without question. Thank you!I don't think you can go wrong with this amplifier.

Five stars because it works and is priced well.Bought this to use with an inexpensive set of outdoor speakers for my small porch. Sound quality is decent enough, obviously not as good as coming out of a high quality amplifier or AV receiver, but for inexpensive ambient sound generation is more than sufficient.Only downsides I've found is that the remote is absolutely necessary to perform some functions. And the documentation is lacking. Otherwise, perfectly adequate little amplifier.

Connected the output of my TV to the amp, and the amp to small speakers. It works, but it has quite a buzz when the audio is muted. I can't hear it while audio is coming from the speakers, but it's evident when no sound is coming from the TV (off or muted). The audio is fine, no distortion, white noise, etc.The fit and finish is mediocre at best.The remote allows you to both mute and adjust the volume.Hope this helps someone!

Took a flier on this little guy and was pleasantly surprised. I am using it with some cheap Dayton bookshelf speakers and it sounds way better than I expected for the money. It gets plenty loud!The fm radio seems to work fine and remote works ok too.I have no use for the mic input so don’t know how great that feature is.The only complaint I have with it, is that the Bluetooth is pretty bad (maybe it’s just my unit?). It has tons of interference and isn’t usable, but I almost feel bad saying this because of the overall value. I am also pretty picky, so maybe someone else wouldn’t mind a little static.It’s a great unit, despite the Bluetooth issue, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants an awesome little fm tuner and amp for under $20 (crazy!).

I really like this compact system. It sounds really good and with all the features you can't beat it for the money. Everything seems to work well on it. The radio picks up good and the Bluetooth, usb/sd , and aux. inputs work fine.I haven't tried the karaoke part yet with a mike but I'm sure it works as well as the other functions. An exceptional buy!

I use this to drive a pair of speakers on my backyard patio. The house was wired for them. I have the amplifier set to aux in and it is wired to an Echo Flex. Now all I do is tell Alexa to play music outside. The 25 watts are plenty for my speakers and back yard. Very clear and the bass and treble can be adjusted. It also is a radio and plays off my cell phone via bluetooth if I want.

I bought this amp to replace an older amp in my Home Recording Studio. I use the Aux in and the Mic in, Note , This Mic in can also be used for an Instruement in. Such as Guitar,Keyboard and Mic. ETC. This mix's well into my studio equipment. I'm not sure about the bluetooth because I have no need for it here. I do reccomend this Little Guy to all of the Music World doing alot of recording. It holds it's own and no static feed. Great Amp.

es un amplificador pequeño pero potente, tiene un sonido muy clarito, lo compre para reemplazar un minicomponente que ya esta mal del cerebro pero los bafles estan en perfectas condiciones. Este pequeño amplificador quedo ideal y que los levanta sin problemas, tiene FM, bluetooth, usb, auxiliar, RCA, control remoto, control de graves, equalizador, no necesita adaptador de corriente ya que trae su cable para conectarlo de manera directa a la luz, es muy buena opcion.. altamente recomendable

El equipo funciona bien pero cuando el volumen es bajo, se escucha ,mucha estática y para mi uso no sirve.el bluetooth funciona bien

Me hubiera gustado una mejor calidad en los tonos bajos. Lo instalé como amplificador para una smart tv
