Missed it by that much, 99.
When my pants are clean but just not fresh looking, it really hurts taking them to the cleaners. They charge so much and since everything's done by machine, I just don't get it. I purchased this in an attempt to save money and keep my pants looking fresh. It succeeds, sort of. About 1/3 of the time, when I use this, the pants end up more wrinkly and don't look freshly pressed. The other 2/3 of the time - same pants, same time, same weather outside - they look great. I don't get it. I also note that you can't put pants in this thing in a hurry. You _MUST_ take the time to play with the seams and creases to set them just so, or you get railroad tracks.I had hoped this would work as nicely as the press they have at the cleaners, that's not so, but for what it does do, it's not bad.

Works For Me
This will definitely save on not having to take pants to the cleaners just to press them. While it doesn't make perfect creases every time, if you place the pants carefully it does a good job. Definitely makes for a more professional appearance if that's the environment you work in.

This does the trick and looks good to boot
You cannot beat a Corby trouser press. Wanted one for a long time and as I am on the road 6-8 months of the year I need an efficent way to press my suit trousers. This does the trick and looks good to boot.

Love it.
This is effortless ironing. I press my pants in 15 or 30 minutes in it while I get ready or while I sleep. It works best on thin pants without cargo pockets. The thicker pants need to turned and pressed on the other side, again, effortlessly.

Poor quality.
This is one of those buys that I really wanted to love. Beware it is NOT the same quality as the Corby press in 4 or 5 star hotels. 30 minute cycles barely make any impact whatsoever on wrinkles behind knees. Very poor Chinese quality. Even the simple assembly did not work and I had to use one of my own screws on the side.

Great
Best thing we own. I hate to iron. Saves on dry cleaning. My husband and I are always using it.
