This might be the best thing I’ve ever purchased from Amazon. I always get soooo cold when I get sleepy, and this thing makes my bed so cozy that I fall asleep much more quickly than before! I would recommend turning it off before you doze off though, or you wake up with the sweats 🥲

Product looks great out of the package. Very nice quality fabric and stitching and no weird smell. The pad has generous stretchy fabric to fit very deep mattresses (mine is 15 inches with pad). The heating is great and I LOVE the preheat feature. The only thing that is disappointing is the design of the controller buttons. When you are half asleep and trying to readjust the heat, or turn it off, good luck feeling for the right button in the dark. There is an array of five buttons, all the same size and shape and no back light. The heat setting goes dark which does save energy and will light up when you push any button. That becomes your only reference. I don't remember my old controllers being so difficult to feel out. Overall very good product and I would buy again.

The company replaced for free one of the remotes that didn’t work.

I'm happy with this since it is supposed to be shielded from EMFs. ANd I liked that it has a timer that will turn it off in 1hr or choose longer. But very quickly the timer stopped working. I read that others had trouble with the controller. I hope they will send me another one.

By that I mean, if you are not laying on a spot it doesn’t stay heated. Thus if you roll over on another spot it is cold until it heats up. Which I don’t like. My other one stayed heated all over all the time. So rolling was no problem. But this one is very smooth wire wise.

Have had for a few weeks now but it very nice to enter a bed that is warm and comfortable in the winter time

At night, like house 60 degrees. Money-saver and better for sleeping, breathing and cell-regeneration. In Midwest, this can be SUPER COLD in winter. Why heat 3000sf when u can just heat the bed(s) at night. Perfect size for double-sided deep pillow mattress, user friendly, high quality material. Would buy again.Pro tip: Put an old fitted sheet between your regular fitted sheet and heated mattress. Will save you having to launder the heated mattress pad so often :-)

Just thought I would amend my review. I purchased this in February 2021 and it stopped working just one year later. I repurchased another one in March 2022. Still waiting for some kind of explanation on a 5 year warranty and resolution.
