Parts worked out well
All 3 parts fit my Charbroil MODEL 463230513. As another purchaser mentioned, the tiny crossover holes on the burner tubes appear to be drilled on the bottom of the burner tubes, which is different than the OEM part. The grill still lights and works properly. You just have small flames coming out of the bottom now from each tubes (below the crossovers). Not sure how big an issue this is. When looking at the photos of the parts shown on this ad, the tabs on the burner plates shown in the group photo are different than the single photo of the plates. The single photo is the correct item that is sent. One thing to note: The burner tubes DID NOT come with the small bolts needed to attach them to the grill brackets. You would need to use the existing bolts and nuts (good luck!) or get new ones. From my experience there was no way in HELL these bolts could be removed successfully. They were totally rusted to the tubes. The Philips head on each was so bad that a screwdriver was no help and the tiny nut on the bottom of each tube snapped off. Had to drill them out and find new bolts and nuts. All in all, I'm hoping these parts last at least another couple of years!

Quality looks really good out of the box
I just installed these in my Char-Broil grill on Tuesday 5/7/19. Shipping was fast, package was neat and clean. I think they sent extra stuff that maybe is needed for other types of grills, but in general, the flame tubes/burners look like they are really good quality. This is the second time replacing my burners, the last time I did was last June, so almost a year ago. I had bough another aftermarket set from Amazon, and that set burned/rusted out really quickly. Of course, I use my grill like 3 nights a week, at least. I am hoping these last longer than a year. I am going to set a reminder to update my review in 6 months and one year..just to see if they last. Otherwise, I am pretty happy with the performance and quality so far. I grilled wings last night..and of course they came out awesome. No flare-ups. Sweet!

Holes drilled on wrong side of burner tubes, crossovers too long
Crossover tubes were too long. Burner holes drilled on the wrong side of the burner tubes. I had to fabricate the Crossover tubes to make them fit. The crossover holes on the burner tubes were actually drilled on the bottom. While they still work, it takes longer to carry the flame over to the next tube and propane builds up and causes small popping explosions within the crossover tubes. Time will tell if this causes any issues or premature wear on the crossovers. It also did not come with screws to attach the burner tubes to the grill brackets.

Takes a little extra engineering on your part
Five stars for value (Charbroil charges a TON for their official parts), three stars for ease of installation. Thankfully, I have loads and loads of extra screws, nuts, etc., because putting these in isn't just a quick swap out. I acknowledge that part of the difficulty is because you're trying to fit brand new parts onto something that has likely rusted out (otherwise, why would you be replacing the burners, right?), but also some of the new pieces don't exactly fit together. For example, the screws that were included did not fit to install the crossover tubes, so I had to use my own stock. All that being said, I'm very glad to have paid only around $35 to extend the life of my grill for hopefully another few years. I'm currently grilling some pork steaks after using these replacement parts, and the grill works good as new!

Huge plug!
This is no "small" task to use this monster. It's about 7" long or so, and 3.7" wide. It appears wider, but then it gives a little bit down to the "smaller" size. I got it all in after some work. I wouldn't recommend trying it if you're not used to using toys at least 3" wide. But it you do get it in there, whew! Quite the filled-up feeling. This is second only to another plug I've used, the large Three Bumps For Your Rump plug. That's my all time favorite, and well worth the price, in my opinion.
