Basically, this strap works awesome for my patellar tendonitis. I've been dealing with some left knee pain from exercise (squatting). I've tried physical therapy, rest, icing, hot packs, the works... and i've still had lingering pain. I decided to grab this patella knee strap to see if if would help.I'm very glad I did.Last night, I was able to workout with the heaviest weights I've used in months, which is very important to me as an avid exerciser. Is the pain gone? No. But the gentle pressure this strap put on my tendon noticeably improved my knee pain during and after exercise.The product quality is good, and I foresee it being very durable through workouts to come. If you have knee pain that won't go away, consider giving this bad boy a shot. Hope this helps!

Not a huge fan - it doesn't stay up well. I use pro tape and then wrap now... Works much better.This is well axe - just not good for distances over a few miles (for a runner) as it falls down and needs to be adjusted over and over again.

Serves its purpose to take pressure pain off the patellar tendon but uncomfortable to where long, especially playing sports

Not quite sure if it's helping or not after 3 or 4 days. However, SOME type of instructions would have been helpful. I'm guessing approximately where it should be tightened and how hard.

Very cheap. Heavy petrol smell. Burned my ksin from whatever industrial chemicals where used to make this. Petrol/gasoline smell from it was so strong that I could smell the thing from across the room. Will have to return this one. These should not be sold in America.

I have had several of this type strap and finally I've found one that really fits! It had great adjustment and you can get it just where you need it. It doesn't slip and really helps an old, bad knee feel better.

I use it all the time. easy to wear.
