This is a pretty wreath that I am using on a welcome sign. The ring diameter is 4 inches.

I thought two rings were supposed to come in this order? It is very pretty but obviously the sellers don't understand the meaning of "2 piece."Hello, the plastic it comes in doesn't count as the second piece.
