Great product
With no other alterations and just putting the car together we finished in 3rd place great product

3.200 speedā¦lowest 3.18. Very little effort. Kid had fun decorating. After 20 some odd cars and a bunch of scoutsā¦was nice to kick back and do it easy this year. Didnāt do the usual to manipulate a faster speed. We were just under weight. 4.97. Feels like you could get a 3.15 out of this. Recommend.

A little pricey, not the fastest, but pretty good overall
It's a fast derby car, no doubt, but it isn't the fastest. All in all, I was pressed for time, and I was glad to have a solid foundation to start with this car. We painted it and raised one wheel, and graphited the axles. My son came in second in his den, so I was a little disappointed. But all in all, it is a decent design and worked well.

Amazing design
The design is amazing!! As not having access to a wood shop or the tools needed this was an amazing alternative. My son placed second and probably would of taken first had I known the car was taken from me as soon as we walked into the door. We had not put enough of the lubricant in the wheels yet and planned on doing it when we arrived. First timer mistake.

Looked nice but slow
The car looked nice, weighed just right, painted top, put wheels on just like supposed to. Slowest car on the trackā¦.very disappointing.

Perfect!! Super easy to put together
bought 2 cars and both cars placed in age group, One was first place and one was second!!! Easy to put together, great instructions, fantastic aliment tools for installing axles. This was my fourth year doing these races but with a new position at work could not spend the time, polishing axles, sanding wheels, and buying another set of weights. I was surprised at how well they did, and I only had 1 hour tops for both cars. the only complaint is the variation in the weight of cars, but not a big deal. buy some tungsten putty and you will be set.
