The skirt part of the dress doesn’t flare out as much as I would like. The image is a little misleading in that regard. Other than that, it is perfect for what I need.

Fitted well for me. I dressed it up with my jewelry every one loved it at the conference. They wanted to know where they could get one.

I love this dress. I am 5'6" and normally wear a size 8 in dresses. I decided to order the small in charcoal grey, which fits perfectly. The sleeves are just right (covering my entire wrists), the turtle neck is not too tight, nor too loose, and the length shows a few inches of my ankle (what they used to call tea length). There is one problem. I started wheezing while trying on the dress. Another reviewer stated that the dress has a strong chemical odor--I don't have a very good sense of smell, so I can't tell, but the fact that the dress makes me wheeze is definitely telling. Anyway, I love the dress so much that I'm willing to try to correct the problem (I really don't want to return it). I am going to try machine washing the dress alone. Hopefully, that will get rid of whatever is clinging to the fabric. And as crazy as it sounds, I also plan to purchase the dress in wine red--That's how much I love it! Updates--Washing the dress did the trick. No more respiratory problems. I bought a second dress in blue. It is also beautiful. However, the blue dress is stretchier than the grey dress. The fabric of the two dresses is definitely not the same. The gray dress defies wrinkles. The blue dress, though packaged the same as the grey dress, came very wrinkled--like a crumpled up piece of paper that you smoothed out by hand. I thought washing it and hanging it to try would get the wrinkles out. This had no affect on the wrinkles at all. I could never wear this dress out in this condition, and have no hope that these wrinkles will ever come out. Because of the elasticity, I'm afraid to use an iron on it. I plan to wear it around the house.

Not the best/most flattering fabric because the black faded quite quickly after a wash and it seems to hold onto dust/lint easily. Didn't take long to look old/worn. Fabric feels a bit dry. It's fine but feels/looks a bit cheap.

I am a size six and I got the small and it fit fine although I think the medium would have been okay too since the dress is made to be roomy. The material is somewhat cheap but that is expected given the cost. Hair and dust stuck to it easily and I needed to roll it with a sticky roller several times. I would wash as infrequently as possible and only with black things as any dust or lint shows up on it easily. Overall pleased given the cost but probably won’t buy another due to not great quality.

I like this dress for the most part. However, I am five feet tall and a little top heavy, so I had to order the XL to fit my bust. The top fits great! But the sleeves are an inch too long and skirt is also at least an inch too long. I like the styling enough that I'll keep it and alter it by hand, because it's a great basic style. I do wish the material were a little richer, but at least it flows and drapes nicely. If you're looking for something to wear around the house, this is a really decent dress for that. If you are of a belief system which encourages you to cover up, this dress would also be really great for that. It's lightweight enough to wear over another layer if you like. Plus, it has pockets!

I'm 5'2 and the dress was touching the ground but if you slap some heels on it will be fine.thick but not carpet thick,id wear in the winter though.im 165lb and it's very baggy,I had some room in the neck and arms and you couldn't see my body at all.i would suggest a belt if you want to show off your figure at all,I love it but it's like wearing a nun tent,I don't know what to wear with it yet but I'm happy I have it.its also not see through.the dress is not flowy,it won't fly up in the wind but it sways and shifts as you walk even more with a belt.the turtleneck part is not a very tall neck,it ends in the lower middle part of the neck and it's a loose neck,I was kinda hoping for it to be tighter on my neck but its not overly loose.

Fits good, comfortable and good quality for the price
