Great product for preventing diaper rash.

I bought this because Medline Remedy is a great brand. Our home health agency for my 88 year old grandmother (who has dementia) used this line until recently, when they switched suppliers. The nurses all talk about how they loved the products they used to get, but didn't really care for the new supplier. So, I ordered the Medline myself. My grandmother has been dealing with an incontinence sore for several months. They were using hydrocolloid dressings, which she promptly ripped off, causing more damage to the already damaged skin. Since stopping the hydrocolloids and going to barrier cream only, we've seen some great improvement. Warning! This cream is VERY thick, much thicker than the other product the home health company provided. It can be painful to apply it to the open wound. At each pull up change, her bottom is cleansed with Medline Skintegrity and then a fresh application of Z Cream is done. Wound measurements are improving quickly and hopefully we'll see full healing soon. Will continue using Z Cream after the wound is healed to prevent further wounds from occurring.

Love this product! Works quickly on skin issues. Not happy that I only received one tube rather than the 12 I paid for. Hope to hear from the seller soon and that they will send me the additional 11 tubes they owe me. Will update this review with hopefully good news.UPDATE 7/3/22 - Called Amazon customer service. They contacted the seller and I then received a full refund. Have ordered from a different seller now and hoping for the best. This product is well worth the hassle.

First off this stuff is absolutely amazing. My daughter has a Gtube and we were given two tubes from the hospital. She's two now so naturally I was looking for more. The fact she's been fighting a severe diaper rash due to medical issues made it all the more urgent. I found this listing, it wasn't the 99 as I had previously saved but it stated it was 12 tubes worth of cream. I'm thinking with everything it's an investment.It arrived a few hours ago and it's ONE TUBE. $120 for ONE SINGLE 4oz TUBE.Amazon refunded my money but do NOT fall for this trap.
