This is my 2nd Caja China roaster box. The build quality on this particular one seems pretty cheap and flimsy. Also, the picture shows a thermometer built into the side of the box- a thermometer is not included. I'm a fan of the Caja China roster boxes, I'm not sure this one is worth the extra money.

Thin gauged metal used in its construction. The metal bends easily. Tac welded joins come undone. Good for home/light use not made for commercial/heavy use.
