Mutti is the perfect base for all tomato based sauces. Discovered it a few months ago and never looked back. It has only two ingredients: tomatoes and sea salt. No chemicals, preservatives, or coloring. Amazon sells it by the dozen and the packaging was incredibly protective. Can’t recommend it enough.

T had heard about this brand and could not find it around here so I checked Amazon and sure enoughit was there. The taste was delicious. Anyone wanting to make spaghetti sauce or anything containing passata should get this cause you’ll be hooked I am . It tasted just like fresh tomatoes out of the garden.

With all the reviews of receiving broken bottles, I took the chance and placed an order, since I needed the product and Mutti is a brand I trust. The bottles were individually wrapped in super secure packaging material. Even if the shipping box dropped or thrown around, during shipment, there’s no way the bottles would break. I used the Passata to make Bolognese, and it tasted amazing. I will not hesitate to order again. Great tasting Passata and excellent secure packaging.

Quality is on another level, absolute top shelf product will buy again and again forever. Shipping so many glass bottles in one box is a little sketchy but they were packed well in strong individual bottle bubble sleeves. Box was thrown around and half busted open but all the bottles made it undamaged.

These bottles are absolutely perfect for a dinner for two, which is fabulous as I was always finding the leftover of larger containers growing moldy or sticky in the fridge. And the bottles are quite nice for those who save or reuse bottles. They could well be used for art or crafting afterwards, or of course food storage. For example, I use one to keep pressed coffee cold in the fridge. I will repurchase these. I have never had a problem with a package being delivered damaged or broken. I don't know what's going on with the Amazon employees in the areas of other people that they receive damaged goods. Package baseball maybe. Amazon should put slats in their boxes to provide buffers (like liquor/wine boxes) when they are packing multiple items.

I use Mutti passata A LOT. So this seemed like a good price. BUT check the amount! They are the small bottles......almost ½ the size of the usual size I buy at Superstore, the Italian deli etc. Cute little bottles and the contents are just fine but not economical. My fault for not checking more carefully.

Great product but I was surprised when the little bottles arrived. My bad; I should have paid better attention to the size. I didn't even know they made this product in such small bottles. It's still a quality product but expensive.

I love the sauce but they were broken or leaking from not being packed properly. Glass has to be wrapped securely and tightly packed. These were rolling around.

Ordered 6 bottles. One came with the seal broken/popped, and one had product all over the outside but the seal wasn’t broken.Tried to return/replace, received msg stating no returns/refunds for this item. I guess 4.5 out of 6 isn’t terrible. It’s also not great.
