They have pleasantly long brush handles. The holder it came in is useful and nifty! We spent a very long time comparing similar brush sets that we can use with acrylics, watercolors and oils, and am happy we decided on these! Would highly recommend.

They have really long handles, but comes with great quality and neat bag! Works on oil, acrylic and watercolour!

just what I ordered....great set....

I am a hobby painter and I have been using these brushes about a month now. For the most part, I love them, and the canvas case they came in is very convenient to keep them in. The synthetic brushes are my favourites - they clean up fine and don't leave stray hairs in the wet paint. I find they do a better job of colour blending in my backgrounds than the natural bristled brushes. I'm also not a fan of the natural bristles because the bristles fall out during cleaning and painting, so I really don't use them unless I am going for a chunkier looking stroke and am willing to pick bristles off the wet canvas. I really didn't expect to use all 24 brushes often anyway, and it works out to be about $2.50 per brush that I do use, so I'm fine with using only half the set.Speaking of cleaning the brushes, 2 of the synthetic brushes lost their outer purple casing after I cleaned them. The water wicked up the bristles past the ferrules and split the casings. The brushes are still usable, but they don't look nice anymore. It doesn't bother me enough to want to return them, it's just a fact. Because of the casings splitting and peeling off (a merely cosmetic complaint) and the natural bristles dropping out, I'm only giving 4 stars.
