Great Customer Service
This dispenser was exactly what I was looking for. However, when I tried to use it the soap kept oozing out of the side seam where the metal cap meets the plastic. I notified the seller and had a new dispenser at my house the next day. It is perfect and does not leak at all. The product looks great and is very sturdy. My first one had a random and probably rare issue which the seller resolved immediately

Leakage from top cap
Had a problem with leakage from the first one sent to me. The company responded to my dissatisfaction very rapidly by sending me a new one. This one is fine. They get a A Plus for their great customer service. Thank you.

Good product!
Very nice soap dispenser only thing is at times u may have to push harder on the dispenser to let out soap but I think it really depends on your soap density(thickness)u choose to use.

Why can't the Chinese invent decent sounding company names to use in the U.S.? This could stand to be heavier, so why the "light weight" rating? Do far the quality is good, ask me later!

Nice brushed nickel finish. Like that it’s transparent so it’s easy to see when it needs refilling.
