Aside from the typical broken English in packaging/instructions and the annoying request for a 5-star review, the real issue was that the Mouse wasn't able to connect to the USB transceiver that was supplied with it.The PC recognized the USB transceiver as a Mouse connection. The Mouse lit up and tried to transmit. However, it was unable to control the cursor. After contacting Amazon support, they offered to refund/replace it. I opted to replace it.The replacement had the same issues. Thinking that it might be the laptop, I tried it on my desktop system with the same results.I ordered a completely different mouse through Amazon and that one worked immediately with no issues.I'm concluding that there was a transceiver mix-up at the factory that affected multiple units.So, I'm afraid I can't recommend this mouse.

I own the right hand version of this mouse, and with all the extra time I am spending working, I needed something I could swap to my left hand, so I ordered this. Three stars are because it works as expected. However, the product I received was used, with a damaged USB charger. I am able to use the the charger from my other mouse and disinfected the mouse to use right away because I really needed it, but I would recommend purchasing elsewhere to others.Edited to add that I have tried to add photos to this review, but it does not seem to be allowed.

If you are going to sell a left handed device you should probs lead with that in the description. Lucky for me, I happen to be one of the many lefties who have spent their lives adapting to a right handed world so I’ll give this a try. By the time I pay to ship it back for a return it won’t be worth trouble so this may be a complete waste of money or it may change my life. We shall see.

This was frankly too large. That is one thing but then you have to download some shady software to reprogram the buttons. By shade i mean carrying a virus.

Comfortable and easy to navigate this vertical mouse, which is essential for my arthritic hand.

It's actually pretty small for a hand that's about 20cm long. However all buttons and mouse work really well for mac os. Also, the rechargable mouse doesn't include space for saving the usb transmitter, like mouses with AA or AAA batteries do.

I like this mouse! helps ease pain on thumb!
