Attempting a gluten-free diet and wanted to find a good bread recipe. This flour was suggested and did not disappoint. The bread was soft, had good texture and a decent flavor. I would definitely use it again.

I thought that it was quite a bit for a pound and a half of flour. But I did find it somewhere much cheaper. I like the product but at that price I wouldn’t be able to afford it.

I was disappointed in this product. This flour was recommended for use in yeast bread recipes. I found it to be gritty in texture. Pricey for what you get in a two-lb bag. Basically made one batch of cinnamon rolls. Not sure I would purchase again.
