These organic nut bars are delicious and a good price for the amount you get. Nut and dried fruit bars are almost always over a dollar unless they are on some kind of sale (and even then they are usually at least a dollar). I've been reading some negative reviews about how Costco was selling these bars for half the price last year. I'm guessing they sold them that cheap either because it was some kind of promotion or sale, or that's the deal they had with the seller to sell them in bulk. Just because another store sells them cheaper at a certain point in time does not mean they are overpriced on Amazon. A dollar per bar (let alone organic nut bars) is a perfectly decent price. 20 delicious organic nut bars for $20 is a pretty damn good deal! With that said, if Costco sells them half off again at any given point, I'll probably get them there, cuz that is clearly an even more amazing deal. I just checked Costco's website and they are not listed. That's why I'm guessing it must have been some kind of sale or deal with the seller.

The best protein bar … bar none! ( pun intended…) Every morning I slather one or two bars with almond butter. Protein packed, delicious, convenient and healthy! Highly recommended.

Delicious and good for you. Little pricey but well worth it. Garbage in, Garbage out. These are not Garbage. You can feel good eating them.

I wanted to try these because the ingredients are like a dream come true - everything is organic and nothing is artificial or non-food based. I do hear people complaining that they are much cheaper at Costco, but not all of us have a Costco membership.The bars do taste very good, however they are small. They also keep well - I have had them sitting around for a few months now and they are still fresh and tasty. In fact, they taste much like Greek Baklava, so I recommend crumbling these on some vanilla ice cream for a great taste treat! They do contain 9 grams of saturated fat and 9 grams of sugar per bar, so keep that in mind as well - that would make them perfect for a Paleo diet but not so good for Keto.

I am not into fad diets, not into "paleo". I am not looking to entertain my taste buds. I like these as well-packages source of a few calories in the field, NOT sugared up candy bar. I want complex carbohydrates and some fiber. Sit down, eat one of these, take a big swig of water, good to go.

...more grams in a single bar than in 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil; should exercise some strict moderation if you buy these.The healthy recommendations at the moment are around 13 - 16 g of saturated fat / day, and these have 9 g in one bar, i.e., a whopping 69% of your daily intake (on a 13 g / day max.).The solution may be to cut the percentage of high-fat ingredients like the shredded Coconut, the Coconut oil, the many kinds of nuts, etc., but all that being said you're still getting a nutritionally dense product, all Organic ingredients, and minimal added sugars.These would be a great option if you were starving and had to ration supplies hahaha but they're not a great option for the typical contemporary diet, defined mostly by excess / over-consumption.
