Under area of breakfast bar area that always seems to get messed up with moving feet kicking
Area under breakfast bar painted white for disaster. This took 2 boxes for right at 11 sq feet. Perfect. Gave more stability since the builder didn't add anything to make it stronger. These actually cut pretty easily with an exacto knife. These go together like a puzzle. The sticky part is strong holding. Recommendation: to pull back about a third of the backing to expose the sticky part - be sure you have it in place against the last area you placed - then as you complete the adhesion to the surface as you slowly remove the backing as you roll it into place. A picture would have so much easier to explain - sorry. Once I got going the process went smoothly. Good luck.

Great kitchen update!
This backsplash looks amazing. It really helped to modernize our kitchen. It was fairly easy to install once I got the hang of it. It seemed best to start at the bottom and work up. I did make some mistakes and had to pull tiles off and reapply. Removing took a little patience to keep the sticky stuff in place but I'm a woman (over 55) and I completed the project by myself. I used an x-acto knife and scissors to cut the pieces. My only complaint is that a couple of sheets are now falling off the wall. The walls are slightly textured so I don't know if that's the reason why. I plan to buy some extra adhesive to solve the problem. We get a lot of compliments on the backsplash.

Pleased but not perfect
The tiles are a nice thickness and cut with a Utility knife and scissors but takes some effort. I made sure that all surfaces were appropriate for these tiles and they all stuck well...although some had to be pushed on a little more, days later. Some reviewers suggested that the tiles can be a little off (1/32 of an inch... VERY, VERY SMALL) and that you should paint a dark color behind the tiles so the wall behind does not show through these super small areas where tiles might not meet flawlessly....they are correct. All said and done, I am very pleased with the ease of install and the finished product. The color was very rich and has some blue in it, which went well with my new sinks. It has been on my bathroom wall now for several months and not one tile has come undone, or loose. In the past I have used the cheaper "cut with scissors easily" tiles and found that because this kind of tile "overlaps" as they go up, I did not have the same issue as I did with the tiles that must "meet together" when going up (leaving the chance for very, very small gaps). Yes, I would recommend this product and the seller.

Best tile ever
I was looking for a backsplash for so long. Ding, we found it. It is awesome. Easy to work with, cut & apply. We put this on top of ceramic tile that was already up. Sticks beautifully.

Great Wall coverage
These were easy to apply and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on them and I’m not the most handy person and they were even easy for me to put up

Great Product-Read Installation Tips Below
I bought these to liven up a kitchen island, which it did and looks beautiful. The tiles interlock, so having them line up perfectly while the adhesive is exposed is VERY tricky. What I finally did was to separate each tile into sections (the large tile is actually made of of numerous small tiles) and applied the sections individually, this way I was able to keep a level line and the tiles interlocked much more easily. Also, do not forget to stagger the rows so that the "grout lines" do not line up in a straight vertical line-you want them to look more realistic. Lastly, I tried a chop saw first, then a box cutter, and found that the easiest way to cut the tiles was with a heavy duty sharp scissor. Once I figured that out the job went much quicker. Great product-hope these tips help!

Better than I thought for stick on tile
made of composite material , better than some plastic tiles, one and a half tiles is 17 inches,, most backsplash heights above counter are now 18 inches, but looks great and sticks very well , definitely lay it out before you start!
