This is one heavy duty bumper. Came well packaged, installed easy with everything lining up great. You WILL need to buy a tire relocation bracket even with stock tires to get an inch out and up (even on the rubicon) and license plate relocation was a bit of a challenge but found a bracket and LED lit bolts and all is good.

REVISED: I cannot stress enough how bad the design of this bumper is. The additional part they said I needed for this does nothing to fix the problem. Unless you find a spare tire holder that mounts the factory tire a min. of an additional 1-1/2" away from the tailgate, it will not work. A tire that is wider than factory will need even more. Those tire carries cost as much as the bumper.The Good. This bumper is a beast. It is very beefy and sturdy mounted bumper. It mounts in 12 different places. I was able to reuse 8 factory bolts which is a plus for me. If it fit I would have given it 4 stars.The Bad. After the install I tried to close the tailgate and found out that the spare tire hits the back of the bumper. Not allowing the tailgate to close by over 1". After comparing the factory plastic bumper is 3/4" thick behind the tire. This bumper is 2-1/4" thick. Also it came with no instructions. After contacting them their response was to send me a link to a spare tire relocation bracket to buy.So my options are to return it and by the original Smittybilt version, or buy a oversize spare tire relocation bracket .
