Q: Whats the heat up time?

The heat up time of the Road Kill Grill is roughly ten minutes. To heat up your food for eating, it's the same time as a slow cooker. We were able to eat two pies after an hour no problem

Q: What is the inside dimensions ? What side aluminum pan will fit!

The inside dimensions taper a little, so at their smallest it is 8" long by 4.5" wide by 2.25" deep. The bottom half and top half (lid) have the same dimensions. So technically the overall depth is twice the 2.25".

Q: Is there any adapter that will convert to 110 AC.

Yes, there are plenty on Amazon for sale. Google 12volt socket to110AC and you will see the range for sale.

Q: How do I know it is definitely on?

The plug has a red indicator light that comes on once you plug it in. It also heats up pretty quickly but there is no timer or heat adjustments so you have to use your best judgment. I use mine everyday and it works great.
